The longer the government waits to stimulate the economy, the higher unemployment. The higher unemployment forecasts the more expensive it becomes to lift depression.
It is perhaps what is Anders Borg's tactics. He kansek want to get right at any cost and if he is sufficiently tardy will eventually inaction is the only option that remains - for the simple reason that the unemployment rate which is so costly that there is no money left for any sensible policy at all.
